We understand that plans change. You can reschedule or cancel your appointment free of charge with at least 24 hours' notice before your scheduled arrival window. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a nominal late-cancellation fee.

We recommend reserving your slot 48 to 72 hours in advance to secure your preferred morning or afternoon window. However, we also accommodate same-day and next-day emergency bookings based on daily fleet availability.

Deep Cleaning is an exhaustive reset that includes hand-wiping baseboards, interior door frames, detailed tile & grout scrubbing, light fixture detailing, and high-touch surface disinfection.
